We trade under the name LOGOS TEA.

LOGOS TEA complies with the Australian Consumer Law. We only operate and deliver within Australia. There is no agreement formed with a customer until an order has been accepted and processed and an order confirmation has been sent. Stock issues and/or technical problems can happen from time to time.

In terms of shipping, the estimated delivery time is within 5-14 business days. Cancellation of an order after it has been confirmed will depend on whether the goods have already been shipped or not and we will not be liable for any costs due to change of mind.

You may only return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if the order you have received is an incorrect or defective item (to which we will cover the shipping cost). You may not return due to change of mind.

The payment methods that can be accepted are through third party payment providers: PayPal and Commonwealth Bank (including Credit Card, Master Card, AMEX).
